Aditya is a Founding Engineer at Cortex, the first system of record for engineering which enables engineering teams to drive adoption of developer best practices, funded by Sequoia Capital and Combinator. He started off his career in software engineering at Poynt, where he helped scale the team from 15 engineers to 60+. He was responsible for building and maintaining a large part of the CI/CD infrastructure that spanned across the entire company. He then moved to an early-stage startup (Curebase), where he set up the CI/CD infrastructure from scratch. He also played a key role in encouraging the engineering team towards a mindset of automated testing.
